The majority of the project will occur via remote meetings and email communication, however business requirements gathering and user training will include in person meetings. During the business requirements phase, we may discover that additional hardware components are necessary to optimally run Microsoft DynamicsTM CRM 4.0 in your environment. In the event that this occurs, we will work with you to find the best solution.  One of the most important components of the project plan is Data Migration Planning. This phase usually requires input from a decision maker and can sometimes involve manual clean-up. We are available to assist with the manual data clean-up, however someone from your company is best suited to make these changes as they are more familiar with the data.
