Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 now offers multi-currency support for global business transactions.  The new version of CRM includes a baseline currency defined for the organization and used for reporting, and a transactional currency that can be selected for individual transactions, as well as defined as a personal option by users.  Transaction currency is based on an exchange rate of the baseline currency for the organization.  Exchange rates are configured on the server as a snapshot.  Pricelists are also configurable in multiple currencies.
