Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 now offers multiple languages as part of the same deployment.  One base language is installed, and then several MUI packs can be used per deployment. 

Users select a language preference, and the user interface and Help files are displayed in the selected language.  The language user interface includes Menus, Navigation Labels, Form Labels, Picklists, Reports, Knowledge Base Articles, E-mail Templates and System Customizations such as Custom Fields.  Actual data, however, is not translated.  For example, if the value in a CRM field is “Contacted”, the value would remain the same, regardless of the language pack applied.
